Relearning Productivity:
The Hidden Role of L&D in Sustained Employee Productivity. In an era where productivity is measured by outcomes, not, hours, organizations across the GCC are investing heavily in learning and development (L&D). Yet, many still struggle to see measurable returns. This research explores why, and how modern L&D strategies can be repositioned as catalysts for sustained employee productivity.
Purpose & Methodology:
This study aimed to assess how organizations in the GCC define, support, and measure productivity through L&D. A structured survey was conducted with 33 responses from mid-to-senior level HR, L&D, and business leaders across sectors. The survey contained30 quantitative questions grouped into 5 thematic sections.
