Knowledge Group works with your leadership to identify critical roles and define the competencies, skills, and experiences needed for success in each, as well as we review your organizational strategy to ensure succession criteria align with future business needs.
We assess your current talent against these success profiles, Knowledge Group uses a combination of performance data, manager nominations, and assessment tools (such as leadership style inventories, cognitive ability tests, and 360° feedback) to identify high-potential employees, this objective assessment pinpoints who is ready now, who could be ready with development, and any talent gaps.
For each high-potential individual, Knowledge Group helps create a personalized Individual Development Plan (IDP), these plans typically include targeted training, coaching or mentoring assignments with senior leaders, stretch assignments or job rotations to build experience, and specific goals/milestones, and we ensure each IDP is actionable and aligned with the employee’s career aspirations as well as organizational needs
We assist management in implementing the development plans, and provides coaching and support during this period, we provide coaching high-potentials on new assignments, mentoring them through challenges, and tracking progress, and engaging the leaders as sponsors or mentors for succession candidates to provide guidance and organizational insight, Knowledge Group also helps adjust plans on the fly if circumstances change
