I have over 20 years of experience enabling organisations to gain a competitive advantage by leading enterprise transformation and growth. As Chief Executive Officer for the Knowledge Group, I have helped position the organisation to be as one of the market leader in the training and development space. I have also led strategic growth beyond the core business areas into specialised training across security, medical training, homeland security, and aviation.

Previously, I have held leadership roles in marketing across the retail food, dairy and telecommunication space. I have also served as a lecturer for the Leicester Business School and Abu Dhabi University. I hold a Ph.D. in Strategy and Competitive Intelligence. I also hold an MBA from the London Business School, and an M.Sc. Strategic Marketing.
