Samer Taleb currently leads Knowledge Group strategy consulting practice. He has around 20 years of experience, managing many strategy development and business transformation projects for both the private and the public sector. He worked with top management and national policy makers to develop growth strategies and transformation plans; designed balanced scorecard and cascaded it to all levels; examined cases for change, and identified strategic initiatives to improve business performance. He has strong knowledge in many sectors, including government, environment, waste management, tourism, utilities, construction and real estate.
